Flourished Grace Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
To join, you must:
Be 18 years or older.
Have an active and authentic online presence (social media, blog, email list, etc.).
Align with Flourished Grace’s values of natural, holistic, and faith-based living.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As a Flourished Grace Affiliate, you agree to:
• Represent our products with honesty and integrity.
• Avoid making any medical claims about our products.
• Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and in accordance with FTC guidelines (e.g., “I may earn a commission from purchases made through my link.”)
3. Commission & Payments
• Affiliates earn a 10% commission on sales made through their unique affiliate link or code.
• Commissions are calculated on the subtotal (excluding shipping and taxes).
• Payments are sent monthly via [PayPal/Store Credit—your choice], once commissions reach a minimum of $20 USD.
• Commissions on orders that are canceled or refunded will be deducted from future payouts.
4. Termination
Flourished Grace reserves the right to terminate or suspend an affiliate’s participation at any time for violation of these terms, inactivity, or misalignment with our brand values.
Affiliates may also choose to withdraw from the program at any time by emailing us.
5. Intellectual Property
All images, logos, and written materials provided remain the property of Flourished Grace and may only be used to promote our products while you are an active affiliate.
6. Early Access & Insider Perks
Affiliates may occasionally receive early access to try out new products, product launches or exclusive discounts. These are intended for your personal use and promotion, not for resale.
