Our Vanilla Bean Tallow Whip is a simple, nourishing body butter made for those who prefer truly gentle skincare. We use organic, whole Madagascar vanilla beans to slowly infuse our tallow, creating a yummy, comforting scent — without the use of essential oils or synthetic fragrance.

This whip is rich yet lightweight, melting effortlessly into the skin to provide deep nourishment and long-lasting moisture. Crafted in small batches with carefully chosen ingredients, it’s ideal for sensitive skin, pregnancy, postpartum, and everyday family use. A little goes a long way, making each jar both practical and long-lasting.

You can use this as a body moisturizer, hand cream, for cracked feet, makeup remover, eczema cream for yourself or your little ones, if you struggle with psoriasis or other skin conditions it works great, diaper rash cream, stretch mark prevention for expecting mamas and more!

TALLOW: Tallow is derived from 100% grass-fed beef fat specifically kidney fat from organic, pasture raised happy cows. It’s rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, which are excellent for your skin. Tallow is also an excellent source of niacin, vitamins B6, B12, K2, selenium, iron, phosphorus, potassium and riboflavin. Tallow is very similar chemical makeup to our own skins oils which makes it melt in like butter.

JOJOBA OIL: We primarily mix this with the tallow to make it easily spreadable on your skin. But it is deeply hydrating and nutritious for your skin!

ORGANIC UGANDAN VANILLA BEANS: Other than it's intoxicating smell, the antibacterial properties of vanilla make it beneficial for the treatment of acne, is rich in antioxidants which prevent and reverse skin damage caused by free radicals and is a good source of B-vitamins which promotes healthy skin.

Application

A little goes a long way! Tallow is not greasy, if it ever seems greasy it's because too much was applied. Start with a small amount and add more if needed.

TIPS:
1. When introducing it into your skincare routine, start slow to see how your skin responds before adding it into your daily routine.
2. When applying take a small amount and melt it between your fingers and apply to damp skin. Applying to damp skin means the tallow will act like a barrier and lock that moisture in.

SHELF LIFE - Since this product is made with animal fat rendered with a saltwater purification, the shelf life is ~4 months but if you stick it in the fridge it will last much longer! Make sure to keep it out of any wet environments and use dry fingers when applying the product. Store in a cool and dark environment, away from direct sunlight.

Working with pure beef fat like tallow comes with many inconsistencies in its texture and smell. We do our best to make each batch as consistent as possible, but working with tallow has lots of variables that can affect the final product. If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us.

What is Tallow?

Tallow is rendered down beef fat, specifically from kidney fat from a cow. We render our own tallow in a slow and back to our roots process. Our tallow is from 100% grass-fed and finished cattle from our friends at Happy Cattle Beef right here in East Texas.
