FAQs

Where does this fit into my skincare routine?

We recommend the following routine -

 

AM

1. Oil Cleanse - Cleanse and remove with a lightly textured wet wash cloth for gentle exfoliation.

2. Tone - Use a hydrosol to dampen your skin like this aloe vera + blood orange hydrosol

3. Serum - Apply a few drops of an oil serum like our grounded face serum.

4. Moisturize - Lock all of that moisture in with an emollient balm like our yolky or vanilla latte face cream. 

 

PM

1. Dampen face with either a hydrosol or water.

2. Apply 5-7 drops of grounded face serum.

Are the plants grown organically?

YES! We source from a beautiful family farm in Washington State where they grow all the plants.

Are your products safe for pregnancy?

Yes! All of our products are safe for pregnancy and postpartum. Be sure to check with your provider before use if concerned.

How is hydrosol made?

Hydrosols are made through steam distillation, where fresh herbs or flowers are gently steamed to create a refreshing botanical water rich in plant benefits.
